To accelerate advancements in drug discovery, Alipheron provides academic and non-profit researchers with complimentary access to 𝗛𝘆𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵. This is our blazingly fast software for 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗿𝗮-𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀. For more details on Hyperspace Search, see https://www.alipheron.com/products/hyperspace/.

An uniquely useful concept supporting the capabilities of HyperspaceSearch are query features. For some more details, see this post https://www.alipheron.com/blog/query_features/

This initiative includes access to an extensive collection of ultra-large chemical libraries, containing 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲-𝗼𝗻-𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿𝘀. It will enable researchers to efficiently navigate synthetically accessible chemical space and procure compounds for experimental validation, with delivery expected within several weeks. For details on the libraries, see https://www.alipheron.com/spaces/.

The full capabilities of Hyperspace Search is integrated as a plugin within the widely used, open-source cheminformatics platform, 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿. The platform contains a wide variety of methods for analyzing the discovered chemical subspaces, e.g. docking, clustering, and many others. For details on DataWarrior, see https://openmolecules.org/datawarrior/.

This integrated solution enables academic and non-profit research teams to:

  • 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗩𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲: Utilize Hyperspace Search to navigate exceptionally large, make-on-demand chemical spaces.
  • 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹-𝘁𝗼-𝗣𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄: Transition effortlessly from an in silico hit to a physical compound for laboratory testing. Identified compounds are available for synthesis and delivery.
  • 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Access the entire discovery engine, the search tool and the libraries, directly within the established DataWarrior platform.

We are offering full, unconstrained access as a contribution to the scientific community to support the development of future medicines.

Academic or non-profit institutions interested in leveraging this technology for next-generation virtual screening and chemical space exploration are encouraged to 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝘂𝘀 at contact@alipheron.com to discuss the terms of collaboration.

We are very much looking forward to working with you!
