Addressing two big bottlenecks of 2025: rigid workflows and complex biology

As we look back on 2025, Drug Discovery hit two major walls.

First, the “Scale Wall”: You had one workflow for small, off-the-shelf catalogs and a completely different, heavier pipeline for ultra-large spaces. Second, the “Modality Wall”: Standard tools struggled to handle the specific requirements of covalent binders, glues, and PROTACs without massive manual intervention.

For 2026, we are tearing down both walls.

2️⃣ 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘀-𝟯𝗗 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: We have upgraded our 3D search engine to specifically tackle “undruggable” mechanisms. The new Pharos-3D gives you granular specification control suitable to tackle problems with 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗠𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗚𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗔𝗖𝘀.
